The DermPath 2025 Organising Committee and participating societies accept no liability for any damage, injuries, and/or losses of any nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons.

Arrangements for hotel bookings, travel insurance, and international health cover are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Although abstracts may be submitted until 30 September 2025, the early (reduced) registration fee will only apply to delegates whose abstracts are received more than two weeks prior to the 31 August 2025 2025 early registration deadline. Thereafter, normal registration fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellation of attendance are subject to the following conditions:

75% refund – for cancellations received on or before 31 July 2025
50% refund – for cancellations received between 1 and 31 August 2025
25% refund – for cancellations received between 1 and 30 September 2025
No refund – for cancellations received after 30 September 2025

NB: No accommodation fees will be refunded by the DermPath 2025 Organising Committee.
